Trainer Bio

Dr. Triana is a board-certified ophthalmologist who originally completed medical school, internship and residency at Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia. Upon relocating to the United States, she completed a research fellowship at the Harvard Medical School before repeating an internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

She is an avid golfer and tennis player who finds competition in USTA leagues and tournaments. She has a deep knowledge of using the visual system to stimulate the neurological system for peak athletic performance.
